Refund policy
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you may return any product ordered on our website within fourteen calendar days of receipt of the order, by you or by a third party designated by you, the date shown on the carrier's receipt being taken as proof.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us the completed withdrawal form in your parcel, which you can download below.
Any return that does not include this withdrawal form cannot be processed. The form is to be filled in if you wish to return a part of your order or the whole order.
All returned products will be inspected:
- Only the new product(s) and in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use, documentation or labels, no later than fourteen days after the date of sending the letter or email of withdrawal.
- Only products returned in their original packaging, complete and intact, in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Any product that has been damaged, washed, worn or whose packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
If your withdrawal meets these conditions, we will refund the price of the products excluding postage. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order.
If you wish to obtain another size/colour, we invite you to withdraw from your order and place a new order.
